Lately I have felt a restlessness in my spirit or a desire for something different. So I start seeking the meaning of it. I can’t help but look around me and see the cry for change. There is definitely been change for people in this country. But also as I look at the students in my classroom they want change. They want to do things a new way, their own way, not the same as their parents. As I dig into the meaning of all this, I hear two words over and over….GOODBYE ORDINARY. Goodbye ordinary church, goodbye ordinary way of life, goodbye ordinary witnessing, goodbye ordinary relationships, goodbye mediocrity, goodbye just living, goodbye just making it, goodbye blending in, goodbye trying to not be noticed… It is time....Dayla
