Your Actions Will Always Reflect What You Believe

Your actions will always reflect what you believe. Have you tied yourself to your circumstances? You are bound by what you believe! Bound by how you view reality! What drives how you act, what you think and what you feel, is what you perceive to be real. That which you have embraced so-deeply becomes your Truth. Is your perception of reality really the Truth? Even though we live in this world we are not of this world (Eph 2:6).  We are to walk in a different realm (Gal:5:16). The Lord got my attention when He dropped in my spirit “It’s hard to abort what you adopt.” What relationship are you connecting with? 


In her book “Tramp for the Lord”  Corrie Ten Boom makes this statement, "Happiness is not dependent on happenings, but on relationships in the happenings." That statement was huge to me, but it was the story she told that shook the reality I was walking in, causing me to dig in the word and grab hold of the kingdom of God and walk in it. While she was driving in the countryside of a third world country she saw a poor little shack, a lean-to made from materials out of a garbage heap, and from it she heard the most beautiful voice singing. The local missionary that was with her told her the name of the song was Where Jesus is, Tis Heaven There. 
It's one thing to hear that song from a church or a radio, but when it pours out from a shack in the midst of such poverty it carries a whole new meaning. I think the lady in the shack perceived her reality to be as heaven because of her relationship with Christ. She was not tied to her circumstances but allowed her actions to reflect what she believed.
